2020: Radisson Blu Senator Hotel: Refurbishment of Restaurant Nautilo and Bar; Renewal of the hotel driveway

2019: Radisson Blu: Refurbishment of the kitchen. New Carpet in conference rooms.

2018: Park Inn: Redevelopement of 72 Standard-Clas rooms with new carpet, beds and mattresses and wallpapers.
Radisson Blu: Restoration of showers in sauna area

2017: Redevelopment of 95 Bathrooms, new chairs for meetings and events, new carpet in hall Lübeck, modern lounge-furniture at the terrace of our beer and wine tavern Kogge, new sound-system in the hotel lobby, transformation of the lobby of our meeting-area.

2016: Radisson Blu: Complete restoration of 128 bathrooms, new door locking system, renovation of the whole technic and hydraulic system including a new stamp for the elevators, modernisation and optimisation of the fat seperator, improvement of the wireless LAN speed to 100 Mbit/s

Park Inn: new carpets for all guest corridors, installation of a platform stairs lift for transportation of wheelcharis and/or hampered people in our meeting area, renovation of the whole multicompressor refirgeration system

2015: New door locking system in Park Inn by Radisson. Change of all electric displays in both hotels to energy saving LED-technology. Structural restauration of the sanitary facilities in the public areas of both hotels

2014: Complete structural restoration of 81 rooms in the 'Park Inn by Radisson', latest fire protection technology in both hotels. All 380 rooms in both hotels equipped with modern LCD-TV sets
